International Shipping Terms & Conditions
- Payment for goods will only be accepted by bank transfer (wire) from the person/company placing the order. Credit card orders cannot be accepted unless previously agreed
- Goods will only be shipped once full payment is received
- Customer is liable for any import tax, duty, port handling fee's
- Where possible; delivery will be arranged door to door with drop-off outside your premises/building. The customer will be responsible to move goods from point of drop off.
- If it is not possible to provide a door to door delivery service, we will quote for shipping to nearest port
- Manufacturers warranties advertised on this website relates to UK Mainland customers only, warranty cannot be covered for international deliveries
- Customers within the EEC will be liable to pay vat at the prevailing UK rate, unless a company registered for vat (proof of vat registration required). International customers outside the European Economic Community (EEC) will not be charged vat
